mybizcard.live as a digital business card services provider we give our users 7 days of an extensive free trial of our services, wherein they can use all services related to sharing their digital card. After a 7-day trial, if the user is satisfied with our services, they can purchase it. If the user buys this service after the end of 7 days of the free trial period, it is taken into account as an informed choice and thereafter no refund can be claimed. Before purchasing, the users must read all the terms and conditions, and return policy thoroughly, if either they avail the free trial or purchase directly without any free trial.
After purchasing the digital card, if the users find any issues with the existing digital card, then they can report the issue to “360tourshoots@gmail.com”. This will enable our technical team to resolve the issues at the earliest. In no case, the amount paid, will be refunded.
